 Mirror, Mirror will strive to explore nutrition and positive body image through every aspect of participants' lives.  

 My Body, My Home focuses on health concerns for teen adolescents and motivate the girls to choose healthy behaviors.  

 Elephant in the Room acts as a support group that conducts mentorship and encourages participants to journal about incarcerated loved ones. G.I.R.L. also encourages girls to visit incarcerated family members.  

 Girl Power program will teach girls life skills needed to work in a professional environment

Girls will learn and share together as they receive the tools necessary to become the Queens they were born to be.
